In vitro Selection

The strategies used for screening Functional Nucleic Acids have tremendously evolved over the past 25 years. By combining experimental data with a bioinformatic approach, we have developed our own method of in vitro selection.

By using our established in vitro selection protocol, we have created a series of molecular probes that target a wide-range of pathogenic bacteria. ANDzymeTM was envisioned to be a quick mix-and-read test.

The next-generation of sensors that have been engineered to be simple, dependable, and affordable. They are designed to be a qualitative screening test to quickly identify pathogens by producing a colour change.
